Acupuncture

Acupuncture, an ancient practice originating in China, boasts a history spanning thousands of years within its home country. While historical records do indicate instances of acupuncture being utilized in Europe centuries ago, its widespread adoption in Western Europe, the United States, and Canada primarily unfolded during the latter half of the 20th century.

Herbal medicine

Around 200 herbal medicines are commonly integrated into the practice of Chinese medicine. Various plant components, including leaves, roots, stems, flowers, and seeds, are selected based on their distinct effects within the body.

Tuina Therapy

Chinese Tui Na, formerly known as 'An Mo' in ancient times, is a therapeutic technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its historical application also included the treatment of pediatric conditions through hand manipulations.
